You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kolour’s Jewelry and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Danish and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Kolour’s Jewelry.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

How does Kolour’s Jewelry use the information you provide?
If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping/billing address so that we can process and fulfill your order.

Security
When you place an order, we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which encrypts all your information before it is sent to us, to protect it from unauthorised use. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. This will appear from the moment you proceed to checkout. You will also notice that that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of your browser you will see it begins with ‘https’ instead of the normal ‘http’. This means that ou are in secure mode. Credit card information is only handled by our third-party credit card provider (Paymill). After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored.
